We worked with Jessica N. to obtain a mortgage for a rental property. We were on a pretty tight timeline. Jessica picked up the file and began working on it immediately. She knew exactly what we she needed from us from the outset and obtained the relevant docs within the first couple of days so as to avoid delays further down the road. She submitted our applications to different lenders and was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process, so we knew exactly where we were. She was knowledgeable, organized, dedicated, responsive, reassuring (when we needed it), and just lovely to work with. She was able to secure a mortgage for us quickly and at a very competitive rate. After doing so, she met with us via Zoom to explain everything and answer our questions. She also kept in touch until after the closing date to ensure that things went smoothly until the very end.
